Overview: The Manager, Coding and CDI is responsible for the day to day operations of the Health Information Management Department including staff supervision and quality of work performed. Direct responsibility for overseeing the processes related to accurate coding and timely release of accounts for billing on a corporate wide basis. Responsible for managing and coordinating the education, training, productivity, work assignments, quality reviews, and report management for the Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) program.
