SUMMARY
The Manager of Clinical Operations VBC Product will support leaders within the Value Based Care team, with a focus on product enhancements and implementation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
- Assist with and manage projects that have impact to value based care clinical workflows and care model design.
- Works collaboratively with analytics, operational team, and care teams to document process, identify areas of opportunity, and support analytics and product reporting capabilities.
- Participation in clinical operational initiatives that involve technology, including both clinical performance improvement and/or launch of new workflows.
- Work with the Education Manager to provide super-user training and support on new product features including technical guides and training tools as needed.
- – improving quality/consistency of care and driving down cost of care including managing enhancement backlog.
- Manage user provisioning process and product issue reporting to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Actively promotes GUEST customer service standards; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
- Three (3) plus years of experience with multidisciplinary teams preferred; other relevant experience will be considered; previous technical product experience a strong plus.
- Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Dietitian, Social Worker, or Pharmacist license/certification strongly preferred.
- Must have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook); proficiency in USRC applications required within 90 days of hire.
