Position Summary Details
Nurse Optimization Consultants will align with the Client Success team to create a business and clinical operations. This structure will benefit our customers in a proactive relationship that promotes revenue retention, clinical excellence, growth, and customer satisfaction across the customer’s engagement with XSOLIS.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Collaborate with Client Delivery, Value Realization Partner (VRP) and Client Relationship Executive (CRE) to ensure smooth transition and aligned clinical-business structure.
- Assess and monitor post-implementation workflows with a strategic lens, guiding clients toward sustained alignment with goals, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Analyze clinical performance data (e.g., KPIs, LOS, denials) to identify clinical trends, diagnose root causes, and recommend actionable strategies.
- Apply clinical expertise, utilizing Xsolis clinical tools, and best practices to drive adoption, optimize workflows, and resolve performance gaps.
- Facilitate nursing rounds for clients demonstrating adoption barriers or requesting focused clinical engagement.
- Proactively monitor the Dragonfly Facility dashboard to identify concerns related to adoption, performance, or utilization for red, yellow, and pilot accounts.
- Lead and participate in prep sessions with the VRP and CRE to define and refine strategic action plans.
- In collaboration with the VRP, introduce and explain additional reports identified during prep sessions to support client performance and insights.
- Lead clinical portions of Business Reviews, articulating clinical value, operational improvements, and ROI-driven outcomes to stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- BSN required; ACM or CCM strongly preferred
- Minimum 5 years of CM/UM experience, including work with or at regional or multi-site hospitals
- Strong knowledge of Medicare regulations and payer guidelines
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into clinical strategies
- Excellent communication and executive presence; comfortable presenting to leadership
- Experience supporting clinical technology adoption and client engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with data platforms
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and highly professional in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel 25 – 35% of the time
Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have any direct reports and is a single contributor role.
Working Environment and Travel Requirements
- Work is typically in a normal office administrative environment involving minimal exposure to physical risks.
- Position requires little to moderate physical activity. Mostly sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. No significant stooping is usually required.
