Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Medicare Population

Position Type: Part-time W2

Location: Remote (U.S.‑based)

Schedule: Flexible within program hours

Compensation: $60 to $180 hourly ($30 per 10 min visit, minimum payment of 2 appointments per hour scheduled).

Overview

We are seeking experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioners to deliver high‑quality virtual care to Medicare patients. Providers will conduct scheduled synchronous Annual Wellness Visits and E/M visits via phone and/or video. This role offers consistent volume, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on patient outcomes.

Licensing Requirement

Must be actively licensed in three (3) or more of the following states:

AR, CA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MS, NC, OH, SC, WI

Time Commitment

  • Minimum: 16 hours per week
  • Preferred: 24+ hours per week

Program Hours (Eastern Time):

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Sunday: Closed

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled synchronous telehealth visits (video and/or phone)
  • Perform Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
  • Review medical history, medications, and care gaps
  • Provide clinical recommendations and patient education
  • Build rapport and deliver a strong patient experience
  • Accurately document visits in the EHR
  • Comply with telehealth and CMS requirements
  • Complete required remote training

  • All visits are 100% virtual
  • Patients are located in their homes
  • Providers submit availability; appointments are filled accordingly
  • DEA license not required
  • Provider will be credentialed through CMS for this program
