Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Medicare Population

Location: Remote (U.S.‑based)
Schedule: Flexible within program hours
Compensation: $60 to $180 hourly ($30 per 10 min visit, minimum payment of 2 appointments per hour scheduled).
Overview
We are seeking experienced Telehealth Nurse Practitioners to deliver high‑quality virtual care to Medicare patients. Providers will conduct scheduled synchronous Annual Wellness Visits and E/M visits via phone and/or video. This role offers consistent volume, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on patient outcomes.
Licensing Requirement
Must be actively licensed in three (3) or more of the following states:
AR, CA, IL, IN, MA, MI, MS, NC, OH, SC, WI
Time Commitment
- Minimum: 16 hours per week
- Preferred: 24+ hours per week
Program Hours (Eastern Time):
- Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled synchronous telehealth visits (video and/or phone)
- Perform Annual Wellness Visits and E/M virtual visits
- Review medical history, medications, and care gaps
- Provide clinical recommendations and patient education
- Build rapport and deliver a strong patient experience
- Accurately document visits in the EHR
- Comply with telehealth and CMS requirements
- Complete required remote training

- All visits are 100% virtual
- Patients are located in their homes
- Providers submit availability; appointments are filled accordingly
- DEA license not required
- Provider will be credentialed through CMS for this program
