Position

Nurse Practitioner – Palliative Care

Shift

As Needed Scheduling- Monday-Friday, 8 hour day shifts with weekend and holiday requirement

Experience

2 years Nurse Practitioner experience preferred in palliative care and/or home health.

Minimum of 2 years Nursing experience in palliative care and/or home health preferred.

Education

Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program required.

MSN Required.

Licensures/Certifications

Licensed by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner.

Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

Require ACLS certification.

Successful completion of the MLH credentialing process through the Medical Staff office, with temporary or permanent privileges approved.
