Blair Health is on a mission to revolutionize women’s midlife care, starting with menopause. We’re looking for passionate, Ontario-licensed Nurse Practitioners to join our virtual clinic on a contract basis (minimum 30 hours/week). What You’ll Do
- Deliver virtual care focused on midlife health, including menopausal hormone therapy (MHT). We’ll give you training, support and mentorship to feel comfortable with this.
- Use Blair’s proprietary EMR and AI-enabled treatment planning tools
- Provide empathetic, evidence-based care in a supportive, patient-first environment
- Participate in our structured onboarding and ongoing training sessions

What We’re Looking For
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Able to commit to a minimum of 30 hours/week on our platform
- Strong interest in women’s health, especially midlife and menopause
- Comfortable working in a tech-forward, virtual care environment
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
