  • Coordinate, build, mobilize and sustain relationships with campuses and national organizations through a Wellfleet learning network.
  • Independently moderate a Wellfleet idea and innovation platform.
  • Oversight of data-driven initiatives to improve health outcomes and healthcare quality for our members.
  • Provide logistical support for in-person and virtual convenings, such as conferences, webinars, and workshops related to population health.
  • Oversee major projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Create and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure key milestones and business needs and objectives are met.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.

  • Excellent task initiative and demonstrated analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Multi-tasking, priority setting, and detail-oriented skills applied in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
