Join our family at UpWell Psychiatry — a small, private, clinician run TeleHealth Practice in Oregon/Washington looking for a stellar, client-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMNHP-BC) to join the practice. Salary 150-300k+, depending on hours.
- Complete control over your schedule. You control appointments per week and time.
- Full control over your patient panel and which patients you’d like to see. We have a robust referral network and active marketing, so you can see the patients you work best with.
- Diverse team member specializations, with supportive environment for clinical consultations and check-ins, and monthly Lunch n Learn opportunity. (Chris Aiken is speaking at our April Lunch and Learn!)
- Robust admin staff (5 full time admins) and an assigned patient care coordinator who supports you with care coordination and administrative needs (PAs, patient messages, Pharmacy issues, scheduling etc).
- Easy EHR system & AI Scribe support – charting can be done during the appointment.
- Connection to the UpWell Institute – we have a training division where we run CEU retreats in Mexico, free webinars, and are continuing to expand our teaching and fellowship activities. Be part of a group that aims for excellence and continued learning/growth.
- **CANDIDATE MUST LIVE IN OREGON or SW WA** (due to credentialing requirements). Must also be willing to get WA license.
Be a part of a small team (10 clinicians) dedicated to supporting each other, creating healthy work life balance, and bringing the joy back to this work. Owner is dual trained as a clinical social worker, and is available for consultation. She’s extremely passionate about mental health, and has a robust collection of clinical tools to share.
We are not a mega corporation. We are a small, family run business and our goal is to improve access to services and make it easy for PMHNPs to do what they do best — work with patients. We believe in efficiency, ease, and the highest quality of evidence-based care. We believe that happy clinicians are vital to client success.
