PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid position, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
About You:
<ul>
<li>Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in New York. </li>
<li>Active DEA license in NY. </li>
<li>This position requires a minimum of 3 onsite days in our Melville, NY office</li>
<li>Active NPI number.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred.</li>
<li>Experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a Behavioral Health setting.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and more.</li>
<li>Skilled in evidence-based clinical treatment methods and applying varied interventions with patients in crisis.</li>
<li>Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.</li>
