Providence is calling for Quality Assurance RN – Remote
The Quality Assurance RN is responsible for facilitating and leading peer review strategies and initiatives to achieve clinical excellence. The role skillfully combines a primary focus on clinical knowledge with an emphasis on performance improvement. This position requires knowledge and experience related to clinical practice with the ability to coach/teach colleagues toward success. Responsible to work with medical staff leadership utilizing data sets and information to identify opportunity and successfully mobilize clinical and other resources to achieve improvements. Directs multi-disciplinary workgroups, using proven performance improvement, change acceleration and facilitation methodologies to ensure clinical and/or operational effectiveness and excellence, quality outcomes, patient safety, and positively impact patient/family satisfaction. Directs and coordinates auditing activity required to support peer review.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Nursing
- Upon hire: Montana Registered Nurse License
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year Progressive participation in, and responsibility for, process improvement or healthcare quality management efforts.
- 1 year Experience with statistical analysis.
- 1 year Experience leading multi-disciplinary work groups.
- 1 year Experience with root cause analysis and safety event review processes.
- 1 year Experience with clinical effectiveness and quality.
- 1 year Experience with service excellence and patient advocacy models.
Salary Range by Location:
Montana: Except Great Falls: Min: $40.37, Max: $62.66
Montana: Great Falls: Min: $38.24, Max:$59.36
