Quality Improvement Specialist – Nursing Home Engagement

We are seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to recruit and support nursing homes participating in quality improvement projects. This role combines health care quality improvement expertise, strong recruiting skills, and project management experience.

What you’ll do

  • Recruit and enroll nursing homes to participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Build relationships with administrators, DONs, and clinical leaders
  • Provide quality improvement coaching and technical assistance
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and participation tracking
  • Facilitate meetings, trainings, and collaborative learning sessions

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
  • 3+ years in health care quality improvement (long‑term care preferred)
  • Experience working with nursing homes or SNFs
  • Experience with recruitment, outreach, or sales/partnership development
  • Knowledge of nursing home operations and quality programs
  • Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Advanced remote work technology experience
  • Experience maintaining a CRM database
