Candidate must live in Georgia. Out of state candidates will not be considered.
Travel is required to buildings every week.
JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for facilitating the clinical capabilities, quality and educational outcomes at each assigned health center. In addition, monitoring and managing clinical competence and clinical capabilities through mentoring administrators on managing nursing resources; mentoring Directors of Nursing on direct management of staff; implementing corporate clinical standards and auditing and reporting systems and tools; administering and implementing clinical training programs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Nursing Degree (RN) from an accredited college, university, or nursing school
Experience
- Must have at least 3 years of experience as Director of Nursing (DON) in a long-term care facility.
- Must have multi-site experience.
