  • Conduct medication and treatment education for patients, including anticipated side effects, adherence counseling, and symptom management strategies.

  • Support prior authorization and appeals processes, including chart review, form completion, and payer communication, to ensure timely access to clinically appropriate treatments.

  • Contribute to quality and compliance initiatives, including documentation audits and clinical protocol updates

  • Act as a clinical thought partner to providers and operations teams, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement in the care delivery model.

  • Participate in clinical huddles, case reviews, and workflow pilots to continuously refine patient care strategies.

  • Have experience with prior authorization (or willingness to learn) and understand payer processes for medications and diagnostics

  • Possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional patient messages

  • Are highly organized and comfortable using digital tools, EMRs, and asynchronous care platforms

  • Are excited to work collaboratively across disciplines in a remote environment, with a growth mindset and commitment to innovation in care delivery

Bonus Points For

  • Experience in sexual and reproductive health, women’s health, STI management

  • Prior work in asynchronous care models, digital health platforms, or startup environments

  • Additional certifications (e.g., CPHQ, Telehealth RN Certification, Case Management)
