Registered Nurse Anticoagulation

<p>The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse renders care remotely to CentraCare anticoagulation patients. They work as a valuable member of the interprofessional patient care team, making independent and dependent decisions under the direction of a provider. <br><br>The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse has mastered technical skill and uses evidence-based interventions in providing age-appropriate care to patients and families. The Anticoagulation Registered Nurse collaborates with other health care team members when the need for assistance is identified. </p><p> </p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><ul><li>Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks | Mostly remote</li><li>Day shift | 8am-5pm</li><li><p>No weekends or holidays</p><p> </p></li></ul><p><strong>Pay and Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li><p style=”margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;tab-stops:list .5in 1.25in;”>Starting pay begins at $33.98 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience</p><ul><li><p style=”margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;tab-stops:list 1.0in 1.75in;”>Pay range:  $33.98 – $50.96 per hour</p></li></ul></li><li><p style=”margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;tab-stops:list .5in 1.0in;”>Tuition reimbursement and college grant programs available</p></li><li><p style=”margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;”>Full-time <a href=”;: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts and more!</p></li></ul><p style=”margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;”> </p><p style=”margin-bottom:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-top:0in;”><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Associate degree required, bachelor’s preferred from an accredited school of nursing</li><li>1 year of prior nursing experience required</li><li>Registered Nurse (RN) Current licensure in the State of Minnesota required</li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card per established policy</li><li>1 year of Anticoagulation dosing and monitoring experience preferred</li><li>Possess the ability to understand patients’ medical records, physicians’ orders and medication orders to be communicated to patients and hospital staff</li><li>Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Possess effective communication between colleagues, patients, and providers</li></ul><p><br>CentraCare has made a commitment to diversity in its workforce.
