- Schedule: Full-time | 3 Days On-Site, 2 Days Remote
- Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 + Bonus Potential
Our client, a fast-growing telehealth organization serving outpatient cardiology clinics, is seeking a clinically sharp and communication-savvy Registered Nurse to join their team in a hybrid capacity. You’ll serve as a clinical anchor for providers and support staff, helping patients navigate results, education, and care coordination from both the office and your home workspace.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your cardiology background in a modern care setting—no bedside care required, but high-level thinking and team collaboration expected daily.
What You’ll Do
- Higher-Level Triage & Patient Communication
- Call patients with abnormal or normal results, answer clinical questions, and determine next steps (e.g., schedule, escalate, or refer to ER)
- Clinical Assessment & APP Support
- Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers by offering clinical context, background, and recommendations to support decision-making
- Patient & Team Education
- Lead weekly virtual seminars for patients on conditions, treatments, and prevention
- Deliver clinical training and support to Medical Assistants to elevate overall care delivery
- In-Office Leadership
- Be a clinical resource in the office, answering questions from MAs and helping reinforce best practices in real time
- Workflow Optimization
- Help refine protocols and processes to support scalable, high-quality telehealth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Active RN license in Maryland
- Minimum 2 years of cardiology experience (inpatient or outpatient required)
- At least 2 years of outpatient RN experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for patient and peer education
- Confidence in triage decision-making and asynchronous clinical communication
- Tech-forward mindset and experience with EHRs (Epic preferred)
- Collaborative, dependable, and organized—able to support both virtual and in-office care teams
