Minimum Requirements:
Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within state of residence, in accordance with state requirements
Board certified – Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
- Active RN compact license
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care (preferred) or urgent care
- Experience/Comfortability with providing care for all ages, newborn to adult populations
- Active multi-state licensure preferred
