License Requirements: Arizona; Also having a CO license or willingness to obtain a CO license considered an asset
Compensation: Competitive per-session rates, regionally adjusted based on Medicare rates. Compensation for evaluations, re-evaluations, and treatment sessions varies by session duration.

What We’re Looking For
We are searching for a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic care team. This role requires a professional who is comfortable with virtual evaluations and treatments, ensuring our patients receive top-notch evaluation and management services without leaving their homes. BreatheSuite Nurse Practitioners utilize their clinical expertise and knowledge of best practices in pulmonary conditions and knowledge of restorative and preventative rehabilitation to evaluate and treat patients across the spectrum of lung conditions.
BreatheSuite Nurse Practitioners get to practice entirely via telehealth delivering 1:1, personalized care. We take pride in delivering well-rounded care to our patients and foster a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care alongside our Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists and our referring providers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing
- Oversee other care team members providing direct patient care
- Provide patient education and counseling on a variety of health topics
- Collaborate with referring physicians, physical therapists, respiratory therapists, and physical therapy assistants to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Complete accurate and timely documentation using BreatheSuite’s EMR and Therapist Dashboard, leveraging our technology to minimize administrative tasks and maximize patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Valid Arizona license to practice medicine and DEA license
- CO license considered an asset
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience overseeing other healthcare providers
