Position: Registered Nurse – Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) team. This position focuses on monitoring patient data and alerts, communicating with patients by phone, and identifying situations that require clinical follow-up or escalation.

What You’ll Do
- Monitor and respond to RPM alerts and patient monitoring data.
- Review patient readings and identify abnormal or concerning trends.
- Call patients regarding alerts, abnormal readings, missed readings
- Escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate provider or care team
- Accurately document patient calls, assessments, interventions, and escalations.
- Complete patient outreach and follow-up in a timely manner.
- Manage multiple patients, alerts, and tasks
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Requirements
- Active RN license with a Multistate/Compact license.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and phone skills.
- Strong computer and technology skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and computer platforms.
- Reliable internet connection and an appropriate remote work environment.
Strongly Preferred
RNs who have a Multistate/Compact license PLUS an active license in any of the following states are strongly preferred:
- Illinois (IL)
- California (CA)
- Hawaii (HI)
- Oregon (OR)
Additional state licenses may be required after hire based on patient populations and business needs. Candidates must be willing to obtain additional state RN licenses as needed.
Remote/Technology Experience
Previous remote nursing, telehealth, RPM, CCM, triage, or patient outreach experience is a plus.
Our clinical team works across a variety of computer systems, electronic medical records, communication platforms, and clinical applications. You must be comfortable learning new technology and efficiently moving between multiple platforms throughout the day.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 29.0 per week
