We are seeking a Sales Clinician for our First Quality Products working remotely. This position will be responsible for providing clinical direction and training to the customers as it applies to utilization of incontinence products. Assists the Sales group in marketing/sales initiatives by maintaining and developing favorable relationships with existing as well as prospective customers’ management team.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Participates in business reviews and clinical regional meetings when customer clinical management is in attendance, or a new clinical program is being presented.
- Interact with National Accounts & Sales Ambassador to maintain and grow the business through a process of collaborative and consultative efforts.
- Perform necessary tasks for product trials and conversions, visits as required for new customers to FQP.
- Coordinate and complete webinars, video presentations and or phone consultations for current customers for:
- PPD Management and clinically related request.
- Coordinate and complete on-site visits for customers when required.
- Provide clinical support and ongoing needs for all areas of the FQP business (LTC, Homecare, Retail) via: phone, webinar, or video consultation.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and objectives.. Be flexible, hands-on and results oriented. Must be a team player.
- Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Must be a RN, LPN or LVN with updated and current licenses and certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience in making clinical, medical, and administrative staff presentations.
- Telehealth/clinical informatics experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills.
- Previous medical sales experience preferred.
- Prior webinar, video conference hosting experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, i.e: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
Physical Requirements:
- Moderate travel (carry baggage, computer, etc.)
- Repetitive motion. Such as bending, standing, twisting, stooping and sitting.
- Able periodically to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Able to be at a home work station with computer and phone for extended periods of times without distraction.
