Senior Project Manager RN 

Provides expert clinical project management leadership for the Quality Management and Medical Staff Services for the covered ministries under the Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA) using various methods to identify and implement innovative, breakthrough strategies across institutional and functional boundaries that result in significant and documented improvement in health care and service delivery. Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Nursing.
  • Registered Nurse License upon hire. 
  • License in states wherever care is delivered upon hire. 
  • 5 years – Experience in project management, healthcare administration or clinical field.
  • 5 years – Acute care experience.
  • 5 years – Progressive management experience.
  • Experience incorporating process improvement methodologies into larger scale projects. 
  • Experience managing multiple projects with various time frames and requirements.
  • Experience with Project Management methodology based on Project Management Principles.
  • Experience facilitating complex decision making among multiple executive stakeholders with different interests and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience related to a wide variety of patient populations and care delivery models.
  • Demonstrated experience in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, employees and all levels of leadership across the Oregon Region.

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s Degree or enrolled in a Masters level program.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
