Complete all Referral Customer Service and Coordination processes and procedures in cooperation with the Billing Department, Authorizations and Verifications Department, and Home Health and Hospice Scheduling Department, in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns. Requires strong computer skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask. Also calls for flexibility, excellent telephone customer service and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Essential Job Requirements
Education:A Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid PA Nursing License.
Experience:Six months to one year relevant experience and/or training or a combination of both.
Required skills:General computer knowledge including Microsoft Office Products. Strong organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Excellent telephone etiquette. Ability to multitask.
