Overview:
- Provides training, monitoring and basic support to Triage team
- Assists with staff shift scheduling
- Communicates regularly with supervisor about department issues
- Assists department in carrying out various programs and procedures
- Provides support with department reporting needs
- Assists with standard operating procedure development and maintenance
- Provides workforce management during peak volume hours
- Assists with escalating/chasing branch contacts (when branch nurse is non-responsive or unlisted)
About You:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure within a NLC Compact State, Three (3) years clinical experience
- Must possess a minimum of two (2) years’ experience, either in oncology, long-term care, or hospice or home health
- Prior experience with telephone triage
- Prior experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
