You’re working harder than ever to keep up – with your daily life and job responsibilities taking a back seat to your job search.
They say that life gets messier before it gets better. But does applying for jobs *really* have to be this messy?

So how did I get here?
Early in my career, I valued chasing every young nurse’s dream of stacking more credentials, rising to greater challenges, and gaining higher visibility and pay.
I worked in critical care areas, PACU, informatics, and travel nursing as I leaned fully into the hard work of direct patient care and grew my career at lightning speed.
I LOVED caring for my patients. But after 16 years of working full-tilt in a hospital setting, I realized that what I really craved was something so different from what I’d been pursuing.
My heart was telling me I needed flexibility and freedom to travel.
After countless hours of frantic job searching, I started my first remote nursing job in 2019. And it was exactly what I needed.
For the first time in my career, I could take breaks and go outside for walks, sip coffee while it was still hot, rest when I needed to, and cozy up with my dog for work-time snuggles.
Fast forward to 2022. I became a mom to my precious daughter. And I needed even greater flexibility. Using the exact same strategies I used to land my first remote nursing job, I quickly found a seasonal HEDIS abstraction role.
And now, I’m here to help YOU find your perfect remote nursing job!
